It feels like in overall terms corps have veered sharply back towards the mainstream in their music choices. This is not a bad thing. Daave
I know I'm not the only one on DCP with an adoration of the music from Brian Wilson's SMiLE. Given that Good Vibrations was written for, and envisioned as, the closing tune of SMiLE, how cool would it be if Jersey Surf could open, or even show intro, with SMiLE's opening tune, Our Prayer. First 1:20 of this: I am looking forward to Surf and this show! Whenever I listen to SMiLE when he redid the album in 2005, I always think of the Troopers when I hear Heroes and Villains.
MelloMatt
Just noticed that BAC and Surf are almost as different as you can get thematically and those announcements are back to back. Kinda funny

mingusmonk
Just noticed that BAC and Surf are almost as different as you can get thematically and those announcements are back to back. Kinda funny Although both shows are overtly emblematic of their overall heritage and style.
