Class A: random order of top 10 finishers at semi-state contest (schools with largest enrollment) Class B: random order of top 10 finishers Class C: random order of top 10 finishers Class D; random order of top 10 finishers There have been instances in which the first performing band has won the state championship. I am a big fan of random. But not anchovies. Anyway, looking forward to attending the Whitewater show.
