ChuckH
I think the venue is called "Liquidated Sporting Goods Chain Field" now. Or maybe just "Field." Maybe we have the rights to temporarily rename the place.
BDCorno
Bose is good for their noise cancellation technology and really nothing else. They are overpriced (brand name) and don't do all that great compared to cheaper speakers with a more accurate sound profile. They're also built to basically die in 3 years. Just to inform you Really? I've had my 501's for about 30 years and they're perfect. Interesting aside: when I bought them, I was in line behind one OJ Simpson. For real. wesleyrp
Question- Better watching experience: 1) Smart TV logged in directly to school.org + Sony Sound Bar and Sub 2) Computer with HDMI hookup+ Sony Soundbar and Sub Which has least opportunities for glitches?? Cappybara
Really? I've had my 501's for about 30 years and they're perfect. Interesting aside: when I bought them, I was in line behind one OJ Simpson. For real. I'd imagine manufacturing was very different back then! Obviously not ALL Bose products die that quickly, but they're definitely not the greatest for longevity anymore

va9590jm
Question- Better watching experience: 1) Smart TV logged in directly to school.org + Sony Sound Bar and Sub 2) Computer with HDMI hookup+ Sony Soundbar and Sub Which has least opportunities for glitches?? The better watching experience is being there in person, live, of course! Oh, wait, that's not possible for all of us. So then I would imagine probably the computer with HDMI hookup, best connected with a hardwire ethernet cable rather than wifi. That's what I use and it usually works pretty well for me. If the Smart TV can hook up with an ethernet cable rather than wifi, then it probably wouldn't make much of a difference, I imagine.
