d1358531
No recaps before second half of show.....at least we got scores. That makes sense.
JoeDz
Totally ok with you making that statement. But if BD comes from behind next Saturday night, make sure you come on this forum and get your slice of humble pie instead of disappearing till next June like some did last year. No matter who wins, performing an encore with gold medals around your neck could be getting dangerous! (especially Bluu)
JoeDz
Academy needs to put a railing on that dang wall in the beginning of the show. The corpsbride falls off it EVERY DANG TIME! It's more than half-way through the season. When the heck is she going to learn to be more careful??? What is they say about doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome?
DrumManTx
On The Academy guy jumping off their scaffolding, he's done that in every show I have seen. Don't think it's an accident. Though I don't see why because holy crap that hurts my knees watching it.
Tenoris4Jazz
Believe me... we also had our share of 20 and 30-somethings. DCA these days is getting younger, for sure. Then there's Terry Hampton of Atlanta CV. Marching in his mid 50's... with cancer. Dude is a rock star.
wvu80
@CorpsScores: Allentown PA #dci Bluecoats-94.625 BD-94.275 BK-88.65 Acad-85.55 Scouts-84.15 Troop-81.825 Colts-79.9 Spirit-75.25 Cascades-72.55 Pio-66.425 An 85 is a really good score for a 12th place corps this time of year. In finals the average score for 12th would be about an 85. In a couple of weeks could we be looking at an all-time high score for a 12th place show?

Raider90
If Coats don't win this year and Crown doesn't come in 2nd and Blue Devils win, it will be the crime of the century. Blue Devils are good, but in all honesty, I don't find their show Chmpionship worthy this year. Typically I do, it just doesn't do anything for me this year. DrumManTx
I think we can all agree whoever wins next week is going to have earned it. So much. I'm pulling for Bluecoats, but can totally see how Blue Devils or even Carolina Crown could do it too, and I'd cheer and defend them like Blue Devils last year if it is one of the others.
