Kissing You and #1 Crush from "Romeo + Juliet" Young and Beautiful from "The Great Gatsby" Nature Boy, Lady Marmalade, and Diamonds from "Moulin Rouge" Strictly Ballroom overlooked yet again? That was such a fun film. The Centerville "Jazz Band" (marching band) did a Gatsby show two years ago that featured a vocalist singing "Young and Beautiful". They didn't make BOA finals, but I think they were pretty popular with the audiences.

N.E. Brigand
It seems there's just one corps whose show title we don't know yet (although four others have yet to announce their repertoire). So it's not too late for Bluecoats to go super-topical and announce their show is titled Julius Caesar. I saw an Ohio marching band do just such a show last year. Surely there's some Zappa connection that fits. And if they're looking for some sponsorship, I think Delta now has some money available they could use to help support the corps (although there's a 50% chance they'd pull their funding later). Probably the most enjoyable defense of the film is found in David Thomson's Have You Seen? -- A Personal Introduction to 1,000 Films, which is a wonderful book by a great writer on the cinema.
