No, I'm not a purist, and no, I don't have a problem with any of the modern corps uniforms. I just prefer complimentary colors that stand out a bit more from the corps proper, mostly for visual interest. The guard is blending a bit too much into the corps proper for my taste. Overall I'm really loving this show musically so far, but the negative space musically in Hide and Seek is preventing it from being even more incredible than it already is.
