Yeah... I'm not freaking, but Boston is pulling huge numbers and small margins against both Crown and Bluecoats.  They are far from being an island, I think.

I see what you did there!

Prob because he thinks if Cavies go against Crown right now they’ll win.  Me too.

I'm not so sure about that.  You may have Crown over BD in a couple of areas.  You are presuming that Cavies have jumped Crown since the opening night margins.  That could be... but there is a more educated guess in that BD and Crown are serious competition with each other, given the calibration reference between Cavies and the other two.

With that staff! Only a fool would not look in their rear view mirror. Boston will continue to pull down better numbers. That staff has been there and done that with other corps, so there’s no reason to believe it won’t happen with Boston.

So much of this hinges on the assumption that BD still has a monopoly on slickness... particularly in marching.

I think a BUNCH of others have picked up on the formula (like Boston and Bloo) and BD is merely another face in the crowd.

I keep saying it, but the BAC numbers are alarmingly good.

Boston is right behind crown (as of now) and has been head to head for 3 of the last 4 shows since July 1.  Not sure why you don’t Include them in the same category as Crown and Cavies. Seems to defy reasonable logic. Especially when the cadets are three points behind Boston and Crown is less than half a point ahead of them.

It's not an end of season projection... it's just where things stand now. I think it's a 6 horse race for the long haul but crown has won every head to head matchup so far so they are currently ahead of Boston.

Bloo and Boston are giving us minty fresh productions.

DCP constantly thinking that crossmen and Blue Stars can move up.  Beat phantom and within half a point tonight but different tier?

Lol that's why I said it's muddy. I was VERY impressed with BS brass in 2017. Looking forward to seeing them this year.

And this is why I cannot wait until St. Louis and Texas Tour. We'll finally get some fair comparisons between the corps in these presumed groupings.

And even the Regionals finish the end of July can be too early, imo. Lest we forget, as recently as 3 seasons ago ( 2015 ) the Corps that won the San Antonio Regionals with all the Corps going head to head there, wound up not even medaling that season.
