JimF-LowBari
Is SCV the only corps to go inactive while in the top 12 of DCI.? Which I believe is another way of saying while on the DCI BoD. I can only think of Star but they left by their own choice. DCA has plenty of examples but DCI 🤷🏻
OldSnareDrummer
Not 100% sure, but I believe the Purple Lancers folded right after 1974 when they were a finalist. Seneca Optimists were finalists in 1977 and folded in 1978. De La Salle Oaklands finalists in 1974 folded and merged into the Oakland Crusaders. A technical exception. A couple of corps came within two years of folding after a Finals year. North Star comes to mind.

Oaklands, Optimists, Crusaders, Princemen… not to mention their feeder corps. Then I grabbed the aspirin….

Boybugle63
Suncoast was done in 1989. I remember in 1990 seeing a lot of Suncoast guard members in Magic of Orlando's show.
