stbbdtpt3
Cavaliers "play soft and minimal" playing was a great suck up technique to the judges...whatever floats their boat. :P They tended to let the drumline do their thing...how they got 99, is beyond me. Blue Devils hands down...awesome
Guest Nuts4Corps
Cavaliers "play soft and minimal" playing was a great suck up technique to the judges...whatever floats their boat. Â :P THAT was an intelligent statement...jeez the Cavaliers this year had a wide variety of dynamic ranges....their loud was not as loud as others, but that was by design. as least they have more dynamics that some corps, who have two volumes... "ffff" and "horns down" NUTS

Krista
Ok, I'm gonna run & hide as soon as I post this message! lol Granted, I like to occassionally as some others have said "have my face blown off." BUT, I find dynamics SOOO appealing!! I mean, ANYONE can go out, and play loud, and everyone does. Some, go out, and play loud and not in control. However, I'm all about being able to play with control, "louder" if you will, and also being able to play soft. Takes skill... I dig it. I'll now run to my secret hind spot before someone blows MY face off!! haha However, The Scouts DEF get my vote for being the loudest.
