Tristan
I would LOVE to hear Franz Biebl's "Ave Maria" on the field. Props to Seattle Cascades for making that their onfield this year, but I want to hear it as a ballad. :)
Jared_mello
Aeris' Theme, from FF7. Great to see other people suggesting it too. Cloud's Theme (also played during the world map and whatnot) would also be incredible. The Highwind theme would be a good intro or closer....probably intro, I'd say. I love Final Fantasy 7. Game-wise, and simply the music too.
SWEuph04
I searched Corps Reps for that and it wasn't done by anybody...*shrug* <{POST_SNAPBACK}> because Boston listed their 04 as on original show pretty much... but their ballad was adapted from O magnum... go listen to it... i promise

Matt_S
I don't THINK this has been done...correct me if I'm wrongFantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis, Ralph Vaughn Williams Obviously it would have ot be edited down for time... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> For a similar effect, check out Fisher Tull's Sketches on a Tudor Psalm. The piece twice uses those moving chords that you heard in Master and Commander.

murppie
I was actually introduced to this song in my "K-12 content literacy class" by a vocal ed. major. But I mean, listen to it. (and watch the flash thing if you want :P) Its just so moving with so much power behind it!!!
