Scotty
I'd like to see the Blue Devils do a Burt Bacharach show. They could open with Promises, Promises, and then go on from there.
Tony L.
I would love to see Vanguard do the choruses from John Adams' "Death of Klinghoffer" -- and close with "You Embraced Them" the aria Mrs. Klinghoffer sings at the end of the opera, talk about powerful. Other pieces by John Adams that could work in DCI are "El Dorado" and "El Nino". On a different note, I would love to see someone (maybe Bluecoats or Crossmen) do some of the music from the dance show "A Play Without Words" that's got some really good jazzy music. And the visual designers could incorporate the play's technique of telling the story with 3 different dancers playing the same character. I honestly thought that that is where The Cadets got that idea for last year's production.
Studio Tan
I'd be up for hearing anything by Muse on a drum corps field Isn't Muse just Radiohead for people who think Kid A is just a bunch of clicks and beeps?
Decals
I was just listening to the band arrangement of "Come Sweet Death" by JS Bach and wondering why the #### no one has used it as a ballad yet.

I want to hear Glass's "Orion" on the field. Huge, wide-open vistas of possibilities for a drum corps show. I kinda have a thing for minimalism.
