When they are this close to BD at this point, and nothing offered last night will likely win, it is really open for SCV. SCV started the 2015 season in Clovis 1.4 behind BD. Soooo.........

shofmon88
Blue Knights will be an interesting one to watch this season. If they can get their GE and vis under wraps, they could have a record-breaking season.

Bluecoats are phenomenal. Don't count them out. Their show this year is better than last year, and I am in no way shape or form a Bluecoats fan (although this show may turn me into one). I hear you. It was nice. But more and more about less and less. I will reserve judgment (of course) til I actually see them live! But last night I left a little underwhelmed. I would think that most understand to take this with a grain of salt. We're all big people. Eye candy. Don't like it, no worries. Carry on. :-)

Torchia judged both nights.
dcsnare93
What a great night, top to bottom! That BD show is a monster. They will be the corps to beat as the season progresses, imo. New look and sound for SCV, but undeniably still them. Very intense. In contention for a medal. Really enjoyed The Academy. I'll try and collect my thoughts more after I get home.
