Maybe the earlier-performing corps should fire up their pit and practice in the lot while the later-performing corps are on to provide that added "ambiance" that the earlier-performing corps enjoyed...

I also question why (if they actually are) the pit warms up amplified - it certainly seemed that way with as loud as they sounded.

1978 SCV: During "If You Believe" from The Wiz, just before the big push, the guard members click their heels 3 times (a la Dorothy)... 2014 Bluecoats: When the hornline isn't playing, the members have their horns "tilted" from vertical to go along with the show theme... -
Interesting...I was sitting about the same height but right side between the 35 and 40 and the euph solo sounded so loud I thought it was being doubled by the synth... I will say this has a lot of the look and feel of a classic Cavies show

Not just Bluecoats, but it didn't seem as pervasive as the past couple years, but it was definitely noticeable in several corps. Wasn't singling out Bluecoats, I just noticed it more during their show. -

There were several moments in several of the shows where the Goo was vibrating the seats. Too much, staff, these horn lines don't need to be doubled. -
