A majority of posters have the Scouts in the top 4 and a plurality has them first. So, I wonder, who is it that is "given to foolish imaginings" about fan reaction to drum corps shows in 2010? The good news is that it is ok to have a minority opinion about the relative entertainment value of drum corps shows. It is not ok, however, to inaccurately describe fans that hold opposing majority views as vaporous. Vic Russell Oh, I see. Madison almost got up to 10 on my list. Good diversity of opinion going on here...makes those who think they speak for "the fans" seem even more vaporous. Maybe only "vaporous" to those who disagree. I could be wrong but I understood that the Cavaliers had speakers every 10 yards across the front sidelines and used them to cause an audio effect where the sound swept back and forth from side-to-side. Very Entertaining: Bluecoats Blue Stars Scouts Cadets Mildly Entertaining: Cavaliers Phantom Regiment Glassmen Blue Knights Not Entertaining to me at all: Blue Devils SCV Crusaders Crown in fact my top favorite shows this year for all 23 were this: Bluecoats Blue Stars Scouts Cadets Academy Phantom Pac Crest Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
