SFZFAN Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Perhaps the poster didn't forget about them at all, but just happens to think they will not be in the top 12, since he/she only guessed the top 12. Why is that so inconceivable? It's not likely to happen, I'd say, but it's certainly not inconceivable. Then again, maybe the poster has seen Troopers and/or Spirit of Atlanta, and thinks they are going to have what it takes to make it back into the top 12 this year, and realizes that for that to happen, two corps would have to drop out of the top 12 -- and thinks those two corps will be Boston and Glassmen. At any rate, the poster is entitled to his/her opinion and prediction. I think most likely he/she just forgot to add Boston. It happens all the time - every time a prediction thread comes up someone will forget a corps by accident during their prediction post and a few posts later some homer for that corps will get all pissy about it. TerriTroop Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 As long as what Troopers put on the field is amazing (which I'm sure it will be ) I'd be up for them challenging some of the 9th - 12th. As long as a corps deserves to be where they are placements wise, go as far as you want. Whether or not any of the great things happening with Troop translates into a leap into finals is not yet to be known since the X factor is what every other corps in the tier is doing.
