Cadets design team sets stage for 2012

Recommended Posts

A perfect opportunity to bring back some of the great moments from the corps' 1992 production, "To Tame the Perilous Skies."

Great moments like the best unaccompanied flag feature ever. You know the one, when the pilot (corps) cuts the engine and all you can hear is the sound of the wind.

God forbid they should bring back some not so great moments. A plane formation with "prop" props. Oh, I get it. De Plane, De Plane.

Imagine how much better that will be now with sampled wind from the synth player

Awww...way to rain on my parade. The "swoosh" of 30 flags in unison can never be synthetically reproduced but I like your dig at superfluous synth usage.

That person has obviously never seen "the whitest kids you know" perform "the real assasination of abraham lincoln"....

youtube is their friend.

Neither had I, and words fail me. Now if you don't mind, I've got be be sure where my hammer is.

I hope other corps take cadets lead and be more open with their shows this early in the year... the drum corps year that is.

Giving us info makes us look forward to a show a lot more than keeping everything locked up till May or June. I want to go buy the source music and know the music asap.

also, I'm still amazed that the minds who came up with Little Jeffrey also came up with Angels and Demons.... how'd that happen?
