VOReason
You're joking, right? Hey, everyone's entitled to their opinion. IMO Reading is just much to strong this time around. And this is not a knock on anyone else. Cabs are looking better than they have in recent years and look to have their program moving foward. MBI has a nice program this year, with Empire and Hurcs looking strong as well. And if C2 can have a productive August folks may be looking at the best quality field, top to bottom, that this circuit has seen. However, this being said, Bucs have the opportunity to be something VERY special this year. IMO, the best designed program I have EVER seen! BigW
A 'win' for Cabs this weekend would be to close the gap on Bucs and to hold everyone else off and or increase their gaps. Harder as scores increase, tenths mean more. If they won, it'd be one heckuva shocker for everyone involved to overcome that kind of a gap. Rule of thumb: Less than a .5 apart... doable. Both groups comparable and capable of beating the other on any given day. .5 to 1.0... tougher, but possible. More than a point to 1.5, very, very difficult to make up ground. I'm not gonna offer any sadistical proof (mispelling deliberate) but more through observation of the way things swing in DCA. Add to that values and weights of a tenth on a sheet vary according to caption, etc....
JerseyDCyanks
Although the Cabs may have become the peoples champs right now, It would be shocking if they Won this week. What makes it interesting is that they have not seen Bucs for 3 weeks in a row which is rare for both corps. I would probably think that the spread could be anywhere from 1.5 to 3pts, but not the 4+ it has been before. The exciting thing for Cabs is that if you look at the recaps the program is outscoring the performs by a pretty large margin and they are still scoring quite well.. So the question becomes do they ever catch up to the book.
