crownisking
Show some respect. That's probably one of the most asinine comments I've read on this forum. Embarrassed to wear that? Hell, you'd probably never come close to making the corps with that kind of attitude.

mingusmonk
Undoubtedly a throwback to some older times. Nothing wrong with that.

Lincoln
Undoubtedly a throwback to some older times. Nothing wrong with that. Those plumes from 1974 to 1977 are quite unique.
loopin' froot loops
They have an "old school" Vanguard look to them. If they did their "Unmasqued" show with these, people might think they were actually trying to completely re-create SCV 88-89 lol Edited May 29, 2013 by loopin' froot loops
bluecoats88
Those plumes from 1974 to 1977 are quite unique. yes the double plumes - those were inspired by the police force on some carribean Island. and the 78 plumes are actually the same plumes the picture just doesn't show it well - must have been windy. also in 1980 the drumline painted some of the old helmets black and wore the black helmets with the double plumes instead of the shakos that the rest of the corps was wearing. perc2100
I LOVE bringing back the baby blue on top of the modern darker blue. Just....SO well thought out. Totally agree: a nice wink to tradition, and it really seems to pop with the darker blue
