mrjaydub
Well, isn't that a good thing? Did you see many? I admittedly was more focused on drill. No, not many - just a few rifle drops. But Crown missed a few too. And was only making the point that, we - as fans, can see things differently, so we shouldn't expect any less from judges - it's something I think we forget and hold them to a higher standard, even though they too, are human and can't see EVERYTHING. :)

CrownBariDad
Frankly, neither BD or Crown got huge cheers from the crowd. Not from where I was sitting!
Treefidy
Its an "effect" the're going for from the original... Try listening to those and most of what they are doing would make a lot more sense in context with those arrangements. Plus, its 70's-80's music we're talking about, lots of reverb and such... They don't get enough reverb from playing toward backfield or the end zones? BK just did it no problem... It's called projecting.
George Dixon
Seriously! I think this Crown hornline is the best ever! Holy Cow! I'm thinking" 1.)Crown 13 2/3)SOA 80/BD 93 4)BD91 5)Madison 74 But tonight I think BD wins by a hair just on GE and visual and color guar. plus the drumline is very close to SCV No Star 91 or 92? Interesting.

DrumcorpsmademeaTuba
BK had a tarp on the field at Utah. Wonder why they scrapped it. I'd be inclined to think BK is working out some kinks and trying to see just how they like the product themselves with or without certain elements. A rare prop that will let you do that. Come to think of it, what kind of surface was Utah versus tonight? I remember hearing something about there being a ball they roll around that likes to deflate.
