mboogey73
Bluecoats are following in the footsteps of Crown. Win the fans / future prospects over for a few years in a row, and the title is theirs. They just might. Very interesting to see if they can keep the mojo going next season. It would be great if 'Coats could be in contention year in year out. It took more than two decades after Star left to develop another corps, Crown, that can seriously contend for medals every year with BD, Cadets and Cavies. DCI could use another corps at that level. Regiment and SCV spike every few years but can't do it consistently.
drangin
Not sure that's entirely accurate. I can see both shows being talked about for a long, long time, and that's a great thing! This year's BD show will talked about for years to come whenever the Sleaze Factor comes up in a discussion. drangin
Sleaze factor? Do tell! I think the Blue Devils this year have established a standard for sleaze against which other corps will be compared for years to come. Am I complaining? Nope. Kamarag
One man's sleaze is another man's sophisticated erotica. I am that other man. Man, this year's Devils isn't even remotely close to the most...risque ever. That honor belongs to the 2004 San Francisco Renegades. The first two minutes of that show was clearly the inspiration for Fifty Shades of Grey.

longtimefan2014
Saw this show a few days ago in West Chester PA and absolutely loved it! Not sure why it isn't higher in the rankings.
drumcorpsfever
With top brass, percussion, and GE last night in A-Town by Bloo, the fat lady has not yet begun to sign. Hold off on engraving the DCI trophy with BD's name on it.
