MBI_Fan 35 Report post Posted July 13, 2014 I think the real winners here tonight are the Blue Stars...having been rained out so many times at their home show, it's nice to have it work out and come through, albeit barely, especially since this was a really big competition. Hopefully La Crosse will continue to have large-scale competitions such as this in the future. It'd be a perfect show to follow the DCI-Minnesota show when its back next year. Is it just me or did the writing in the ballad sound completely different? I like it a lot better now than I did before. It's like watching that DCI ad for group tix where they stop the music and put up the graphics -- you could be here.... or here.... or here...
