I went with Christian McBride's big band version of Science Fiction. It was originally a smaller combo piece but I figure the big band is more similar to the drum corps vibe. I believe you meant Invention No. 13 in A Minor. Truly appreciate all you do on this one. It is a great way to get our students interested in the upcoming summer and get them familiar with music they not have heard before. I have received clarification on the last bullet for this one. It is NOT a new work based on Lay Me Down. They are actually arranging/playing Lay Me Down.
