mellophonium
I'm curious as to how a Maslanka piece would do on a field.

DCIfan90
I just came across this on the tube. A corps needs to do THAT piece.

Lance
I'd like to add "Transmission" from Cindy McTee's underappreciated masterpiece Soundings. Not many people realize that the Cavies 2000 took a lot of motifs from this piece, but I'd like to a hear another talented arranger do a more direct arrangement of it. Here's a clip of it...towards the end, you'll be reminded of the Cavies 2000 opener groove: http://www.cindymctee.com/audio_files/soun..._mvmt4_clip.mp3 Here's the 2nd movement, called "Gizmo." I think it's very cool also: http://www.cindymctee.com/audio_files/soun..._mvmt2_clip.mp3

Lance
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=MahaKr...u/1/pmkGiLLTl5Aballad Whoa, love the flugel solo. Love it, but that would be a beast to arrange for a corps. lol. I wouldn't be surprised if a corps hasn't already tried it.
azul
Some one should keep tabs on how many of these pieces end up on corps shows this upcoming season. I mentioned machu picchu earlier and Pacific Crest is doing it as their opener now. I was stoked to find that out a month later.
