The fact that some attach importance to something that does not warrant such importance, is the definition of pretentiousness. I also didn't realize that a harmless critique was somehow being "vile". But to each his or her own. I will continue to read all posts whether I agree with them or not. Personally I also find the blurring out "the thing" a little pretentious as well. But the corps all prefer to release and announce their shows differently so to each their own.
