I'm still confused why the west coast shows can do full panels but the east coast ones cannot West Coast shows that have full panels get them because they are willing to cough up the dough for it. Shows that are not willing to cough up the dough for a full panel, get a halfazz sized panel to judge their show, but are able to pocket that extra dough as a result. Its a trade off.
