Shows that are not willing to cough up the dough for a full panel, get a halfazz sized panel to judge their show, but are able to pocket that extra dough as a result. Its a trade off. And Surf. Oh, and Crossmen & Boston. And also really looking forward to Regiment - love their music this year... and getting to see undefeated Coats!!
