They had the biggest score jump of ANY corps tonight - 6.3, and, if even for one night, are in 15th place (currently ahead of Colts - though I know, likely won't last). I hope there are a few of us out here who can show a little love and respect for this improvement - whether or not you like the show. It was a same-show contest with Mands and they passed them. Right now the rankings page looks like this: 13. Scouts 77.075/ + .425 14. Troop 76.350/ + 1.8 (no show tonight) 15. OC 75.9/ + 6.3 16. Mands 75.4/ + 4.525 17. Colts 73.4/ + 1.28 (no show tonight) OC still struggles with visual scores (clean, clean, clean!) but it appears they had a nice bump in GE tonight. Looks really functional! I'm hoping they find a different way to get rid of it. The wave effect is super cool but it isn't worth the clunky way they're dealing with it at the moment. I'm not worried for now, Crown figured out their tarp/silk woes last year.
