Combine that with the resurgent of SCV and the anazing Mandarins and the west coast is dominant. Oh.,...BDB and Vanguard Cadets are neck and neck in Open. There is a little here and there but that's expected. But overall not bad. Brass Lover Posted July 23, 2017 Share Posted July 23, 2017 Remember when I said I didn't like this show as much as 14 or 15? Welp I definitely take that back. Enjoyed it more and more as the season progressed and tonight cemented its greatness. No, the drill isn't cadets whiplash style. But thats not Blue Devils and never will be. What others have said as been right on the money. The demonstration of different visual skill sets and their integration in the show is why Blue Devils dominate visual. Also the color! Nobody does color better in a show then Blue Devils. Oh yeah and the music is amazing but that was clear from day one. Disregarding competitive success this is a really meaningful show for their anniversary, I can't imagine how proud those kids must be to honor so many great shows. 6 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just goes to show, like Bloo in 2016, that having a show with large amounts of GE that can be consistent, is dominant. That bodes well for them cause SCV/Crown/Bloo are bringing it and tearing the house down.
