They probably did what Phantom Regiment did for many years, did you know? PR  hometeam volunteer(s) and select  MMs would take a case of Las Vegas-style boas and cut them into appropriate plumage for the helmet-heads. She posted here on DCP phanatically for many years until her corps retired her scissor-tired fingers.
