Jim Schehr
3 minutes ago, CrownBariDad said: Yep -- I always check the penalties. Fingers crossed the judges are kind to ALL the Corps. Rarely if ever gets enforced. Tony D is standing there for two minutes or more after the final minute card is displayed. Nothing. Believe they have reached that point in which they say forget about it.
BlueStarsDad
I have to say, Colts have been the first corps to have a full ensemble sound during the big hits. I blame part of that on FloMarching ... but the Colts are playing the heck out of their show.

Musicman1084
Best use of a trombone soloist/feature since corps have started using trombones, in my opinion. Very elegant sound. So much better than the forced trombone rips and harshness that I've become used to. Edited August 5, 2017 by Musicman1084
N.E. Brigand
On the preseason video of Blue Stars and Cavaliers at the beginning of the season, Dan Acheson said that while the 17-minute window for set-up, performance, and exit remained unchanged, shows could now be as long as 13 minutes. Has anyone been checking to see who's made use of that longer time?
DrumManTx
Can see why the drums have been getting great numbers, they're very solid.
mrk
Seems odd that the Mandarins are permitted to be in the end zone for the duration of the Colts show. Aren't they technically on the field? Edited August 5, 2017 by mrk
