THAT would not be at the top of my agenda...haha...even the MET in NYC I would SKIP or MFA in Boston would not be a destination either...guess I'm not cultured...although I do have good manners and etiquette :)

Bush is doing a Picasso inspired show. I wonder if their inspiration is Man with Guitar, which is also at the ‘tute. 42 minutes ago, GUARDLING said: now that's interesting considering Music, color, pretty little forms, props, etc etc IS all art...you may like it more than you think OK...as much as I am not a fan of art (paintings) I just took the time to read a few reviews about "Nighthawks" the actual painting itself. It seems pretty straight-forward to me. I've never been a big fan of artsy-type stuff...but this does not give me that vibe...seems more of a backdrop to set a mood and tone...I have a feeling I'm going to really like BD's show like I did last year... Liahona ? Sometimes when folks arn't into high brow Art, they oftentimes can find Rockwell's Illustrations interesting on trips there that display hundreds of his paintings, illustrations, scribblings, doodlings. etc and what have you. All an artist can hope for is a viewer to open their mind and maybe even look beyond the obvious subject or thought. The only exhibit I found impossible to enjoy was the one from the woman who took photographs while on horseback. I swear to God it was just a bunch of blurry photos.
