As we are the best West Coast "Premier" show venue yearly I am surprised I did not know this!?! Is this new? Did they fly commercial? Transporter?? Just using the Brass numbers, SCV might have the highest score but we can’t say they have the best hornline right now because we have no idea if they would have beaten the Bluecoats if they went head to head. But we can say that those two corps, as well as BD and Crown, are in the same league when it comes to brass right now. The Cavaliers and Boston are in a tier below those corps. Judges will scores corps close to their tier 9 times out of 10. The Colts won’t come on and get a 14.3 in brass I guarantee. It’s going to be somewhere around a 12 if they are closer to the tier they’ve been in the last few years.
