Not to argue, but the email from Ticketmaster seems to indicate otherwise (bolded by me for clarity): "We are working with the event organizer to identify new dates (for events that are postponed), and we will contact you as soon as we have confirmation. For rescheduled events, that information will be listed on our website by your event. If your event's organizer is offering refunds for a postponed or rescheduled event, this option (a refund link) will be visible under the order in your Ticketmaster account . If the refund button is not appearing, the event organizer is not offering refunds at this time. Please note that given the unprecedented circumstances, event organizers are constantly assessing the situation and making determinations regarding refunds. If your event is not currently enabled for refunds, check back later, as this status may change."
stuntman
Just did chat with Ticketmaster regarding my St. Louis ticket refund, and they confirmed that a refund will be issued within 30 days. I don’t have to do anything more to receive the refund. Ticketmaster has been notified of the cancellation. They are in the process of getting those in their systems to be able to do that. If you ordered tickets for Detroit or Orlando, you should be able to contact them now to request a refund. If you ordered tickets for St. Louis or Championships in Indianapolis, you should be able to contact them early the week of April 6 to request a refund.
