Popular Post LabMaster
Hood gosh. The masking rules are coming back because of continued disbelief COVID is real or disbelief vaccines work or disbelief there isn’t a microchip being inserted of disbelief someone isn’t taking freedom away. How about the possibility that you may be wrong, COVID is real and to FINALLY have drum corps we have some really simple simple rules to follow? We used to follow rules when we marched, it’s not to hard to do so now. You cannot get closer to corps than they will allow you to be. Just go with it for 2 weeks so nothing is jeopardized. It’s not much to ask. Please stop being so adversarial and just go along with it. 5

Seems like they have to rely on the honor system. Come on man! I've never seen a seated audience member closer than 10' = mostly like 30' plus, especially with a track Which stadium? Or I'm calling BS

Dpsouthern81
Are there any shows this year where the drum major conducts from the stands?

Or, maybe spectators have to stay on the sidewalk.

Did you ever march at Momence (IL) Gladiolus Festival? The stadium didn’t have a track. The stands were like 10 feet from the sideline, but first row was about 15 feet higher than field level.

They could have pulled you into their lap from the first row.

But a lot of people aren't reasonable, as we've seen on plenty of videos of folks that think that covid protocols are trampling on their rights and behave badly as a result (forgetting that daily life has seemingly limitless restrictions). Having to police that behavior is one less thing to worry about if you have a blanket policy.
