I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but they watered down the solo I think, starting with the Atlanta show. In my opinion, the new version is the best version. The soloist was playing some strange, octaves and odd notes True to the original, but it was very difficult to play, and did not add much of anything to the show. The new solo is just perfection.

Gosh. I don’t think the Cadets have looked or sounded like that since 2015. 
 

It’s interesting that they seem to have 6 distinct movements (unless I miscounted) but it’s effective regardless! 
 

I don’t think there are more than 4 corps that have a music book as cohesive and entertaining to listen to as that one this summer! 
 

Also huge props to the Cadets staff for somehow making the hornline, battery, and drill look and sound like the Cadets of old!! That closer especially makes me so happy!
