However, often a corps experiences drops in placement during their rise to the top. Sometimes you have to fall before you rise even further. It may happen this year, and it may not. We'll see. There's a lot of good corps out there, and not everyone can rise in placement. Did ANYONE expect the Blue Stars to drop from 7th (their highest placement since 1977) to 11th?
