SCV - The Canyon, Blue Shades

~G~

Roger that - we're playing Blue Shades this year. Lots of ensemble and cleaning time being spent on that puppy but it's getting there..... :worthy:

1986 Suncoast Sound - Adventures in Time (especially Commencement, and the Artemis Jumps)

1995 Blue Devils - Caribe was insane.

1993 Blue Devils - Don Ellis at his crazy best.

1991/1993 Star, but mostly for the mellos. The rest wasn't all that.

1983 Cadets - Rocky Point Holiday

1995 Phantom Regiment - Symphony Fantastique

No love for Phantom 2000?

I might be a bit partial, but I think that Regiment 2000, 2001, 2002....well...you get the point...all of those years had some pretty meaty books.

Star 92 deserves mention too....some of those horn licks...on crappy two valve bugles...were incredible!

Cadets 97 was a lot of black ink.

But lets not forget there is more to a difficult book then lots of ink and triple c's.
