I played in a small ensemble in the 94 BCB show during "How High the Moon." I was 15 at the time. We didn't go to DCA that year, but we competed in DCM during our midwest tour.

Dave Tobey..cataract caveliers,Niagara falls Ny,,,,1965,,,14yrs. old, tone like a song bird,,,like the guy from mid 60's Chicago Royal Airs,my favorite,even though I was a snare drummer.

Westshoremen 1976 - Opening solo and 1976/1977 - Quejada(sp?) solos all done by HS'ers.

Of course HS'ers were half the corps those years. :blink:

Slightly off topic, I know, but my son, Joe, at 11, was in integral part of the NYPD percussion ensemble when we won our first I&E in 2002.
