With a 82.8 even with a penalty they are solidly in the thick of things.

Lat big weekend before the Championship weekend. The NE corps have a chance to make one last mark next weekend, but everyone else is sitting just where they are. Kudos to Alliance for being the A corps with the A game up in Open.

I, for one, will be anxious to see the results from Reading next week, just to see where the three NE Class A corps end up in the rankings. They all had the weekend off, and I'm sure they were keeping an eye on us, too. But with 3 of the upper 7 A corps looking to make one last mark for a good prelims placement, well, insert any random comment about them wanting to kick ### and take names here.

I thought we we might see you this weekend. We did indeed have a 1 point penalty for a boundry violation on Saturday.

It was a great weekend featuring some of the best weather we've had for Minnesota tour... 85 and sunny both days. It was great to see everyone at Patrick's on Saturday night after the show. See you in Rachacha brother.

Its gonna be a make or break weekend for some of the corps.I plan to put out my predictions on Monday based on this weekends scores/recaps and the rest of the seasons recaps.Some corps will be happy where I place them others won't.Its just the way it goes.

Good luck to everyone this weekend and knock them dead.

Ok as promised here are my predictions for finals.Right or wrong they are my predictions based on recaps,current scores and a bit of WAG thrown in the mix.

Bush and BRiggs could easily switch out positions.CV could even over take both of them.Still hard to call the 7-10 spot but I did my best educated guess.

I had to really wrestle with where to put the Klities.No doubt they are going to be in finals.Its just hard to figure out where to place them without a read head to head with the rest of the pack.They could very well be the dark horse in finals this years.Renegades were also a hard one to figure out without recent score.From what I hear and read they are much improved from last year.We will have to see what unveils after the head to head battle to ensue.

I agree with what another poster posted that there will be no room in the top 10 for the class A corps.Its not because the class A corps are not good enough,,its because these larger corps are just that much better.And traditionally larger corps get the nod from the judges.Hope that clarifies my thoughts on the Class A corps without making any of the class A corps upset.

This years class A championship will be one you will not want to miss. If you are a lot lizard watching the lot for warm ups and just plan on coming in for the top 4 or 5 corps your going to miss out of some really creative shows.
