Congrats Knights of Power on taking the Knight Sword AND the WORLD Title!!!! Wish you had joined CLASS mid-season when i begged! After the 3 way tie for 11th at Semis, Star of Jupiter came roaring back to a 3rd place bronze. An awesome season 14 for Star Organization going 3rd, 3rd, 4th for it's corps. As I had done one live season with the Knights of Note before, and an off season in all three divisions, I had never even made finals. I was pumped when all 3 made finals, and even more so when the Knights of Sound got 2nd. But to win the World Championships and the Knights Sword for the season is too much to take in. To have this happen at the end of a difficult week outside of DCPI (Teaching HS Band Camp for 12 hours a day with heat indexes well above 100 and no air conditioning) makes it even more unbelievable. Thank you for all the congratulatory messages so far, and congratulations to all the other corp directors on a wonderful season. Also, thanks to all who help run this great activity - this was a blast (even before winning!) I am looking forward to future seasons with great expectation. This year was pretty tough as everybody about had the same idea. Congrats to KoP and all other corps that competed this season. It was truly a fun one. I am quite pleased with an 8th place finish in our very first season, it was truly a battle all the way through.
