LabMaster Posted August 8, 2016 Share Posted August 8, 2016 I could be very wrong here, but my guess is that BAC did not have to pay top dollar for Gillette given the connections of a very significant board member and his connection to a corporate sponsor that has a named section at Gillette. I would also venture to guess costs were minimal at Boston College. My guess would be that there are a fair share of BAC alums who are also BC alums and possible donors, and Boston College's commitment to helping non profit youth organizations is well known.Big $ were paid for Gillette.
