( up 5 spots ) I have been hearing lots of great things about the Madison Scouts this off season from their alums, fans, and you are seemingly confirming the hype for them at the moment as well. Madison has a history of coming back strong when they miss finals ( but also, to be frank, a history of unrealized hype in the off season from their alums, fan base too ), but this off season has been filled with good reports, so I'm excited to see what they have in store for us. Madison has moved up 5 or more spots in one season, 4 times in DCI. ( 72 to 73... 87 to 88,... 2002 to 2003..., 2009 to 2010. So its not unprecedented for them.
