Hop makes his Facebook post congratulating the Crusaders and vows to keep plugging away with the show. First time in a bizzilion meetings since 1980 that BAC has beaten them. You are talking about changing the entire balance of scoring power among the top 10 with a new ending. Maybe if Boston went Game of Thrones on us actually cut someone's head off or burned someone at the stake you would see a significant jump...though admittedly maybe not in the upward direction! I think part of the Cadets problem is the narration. At least from an audience perspective. I just think, "Oh God" every time I hear it. It's not just them. It's everyone. I am sorry but corps have not figured out a way (yet) to make narration sound like anything other than lame, hokie, and stupid. I'm all for narration and the other changes that have taken place when it's done in a good way...and IMO no one has done narration well, and with the Cadets it's just way too literal.
