Seems like with the revised allegations/concerns this matter could be decided fairly soon? Seems like a limited scope type issue? or am I misreading? Lol or submit a bid. seriously....and it's been a while since i had a job that included HR aspects....sometimes it's really a crapshoot. some cases can be solved in a day. others require more diligence.
