I get weird looks for smiling at strangers and making eye contact in DC. But there's a shallowness to it if you live there for awhile. You'd need to go a good hour's drive or so outside of the Lucas Oil Stadium area for that attraction. Unless the State Fair is on...then you can go to the fairgrounds.
