Chowchilla High School used to have a small (but mighty) marching band. Their color guard used "flowers" as their ID signs. The group I marched with (and then taught for over a decade) was always in the same class with them, and they were always a tough out. I cannot wait to see Mandarins this year. It's been 24 hours and I am still trying to process what I saw. I can't put into words how much they are moving and loud they were. I told my wife I didn't even know our son could move that fast.........WITH a contra at that LMAO.
