Fred Steiner Jr.
that was in 81 on the way back from Rochester. We did an Ex in Muncy, PA and during the song, Spanish Dreams, the horns did an about face and then went down on their knees. John Bowling made the about face, but fell flat on his back and finished the tune. Right after he fell, from where I was at on the feild, I heard him say, "WHOOPS!" :P I read this late at night and almost ###### my pants I was laughing so hard....heard he was a little "Cocked Up " too??? anyway LMFAO!!!!! :bleah
Jaminbenb
Oh...I wish someone had it on film...that show was so bad!!!! We were so tanked that it wasn't funny! The drumline ended up like 10 yards away from a mark, and one of the guys said " hey, we'er supposed to be up there..." and just started walking up...so we followed him! I got another good one that one post reminded me, not a mess up, but just a funny one...there was an old guy up in Bridgeport CT. that used to drive around on a golf cart with a bull horn talking about being a "personal friend of Harvey Olderman" etc. He was some sort of official greeter or something...(and I think the old guy was half in the bag) but I remember being on the bus talking to someone (I was in the Bucs at the time) who was wearing a Blue Devils shirt at the friont of the bus...This guy walks into the bus and looks at Barts shirt and goes "Blue Devils, I'm _____ a personel friend of Harvey Olderman, and we welcome you to our show! We're so happy to have the Blue Devils here from" ...to Bart..."where ya from kid?" Concord California" "Concord California, I'll bet that was a long bus ride, but we're so glad to have you here...yadda yadda yadda" That was always a funny thing at that show!!!! I'm sure they buried him right next to old Harvey! I read this late at night and almost ###### my pants I was laughing so hard....heard he was a little "Cocked Up " too??? anyway LMFAO!!!!! :bleah

(I don't remember his first name, if he ever even told us) He used to pay the corps a visit in the parking lot.... sometimes he would even do a little dance for us. (Seriously) A funny guy! Also a good thing he didn't see your women either....Then he would stand in front of a couple of them pull out his hair comb..run it through his thinning hair a couple times...then put the comb above his upper lip.... holding it there with his nose...rapping with them all along....he was too funny. I think the guy might have had stock in viagra or something... always put an act on for the ladies!!! He was way TOOOOOOOO Funny
