Fastone
sorry. i don't believe it. to many niceties and compliments going around. everybody thinks everyone is great. in 72 we didn't care how well anybody else did or if they even competed. all i see now is who hopes who makes it to finals and everbody slapping each other on the back. it ain't the same. No it ain't the same nor should it be it's 35 years later
VOReason
If you think there there are no rivalries today, you are sadly mistaken. Things are just as intense as it ever was.Absolutely correct. The 7th place corps was a less than 6 points out of first! If the season had been another month long there's no telling what might have happened! Should be a real barn burner in '08, huh? VOReason
DCI has managed to dilute the field of junior corps,I think the word we are looking for here is "decimate"...Usage: DCI has managed to deimate the field of junior corps,
MikeD
I think the word we are looking for here is "decimate"...Usage: DCI has managed to deimate the field of junior corps, No, DCI has managed to make sure some number of junior corps have survived the decimation that was occurring for many societal and economic reasons. cabalumsw
No, DCI has managed to make sure some number of junior corps have survived the decimation that was occurring for many societal and economic reasons. What I saw what happened with St. Lucy's and Don Angelica made me highly suspicious of his motives. It's amazing how his corps, Garfield, was the only survivor of all the older corps in the East.
