"I think it's about drum break time, mom." ... "It's about to go down - it's about to go down." ... "This is it!" ... "Oh! OHH! Yeah! Unghhh! Ouugaaaahh... yeaah!" skajerk Posted August 9, 2008 Share Posted August 9, 2008 (edited) Well, this happened at DCA but the OP just said "shows" After Crunchy Frog performed at the DCA I&E competition in 2003, this was over heard by an not too amused observer: "Those GD[censored for DCP] Renegades do not understand the sanctity of drum corps". heh... 5 years ago and it still makes me chuckle. A teenager sitting next to me at Murphreesboro in 2003 brought his drumsticks and played along (poorly, I might add, and I'm no percussionist) on his lap. His mother kept asking him how the drumlines were playing. He gave a non-committal nod and kept playing along...until the Blue Devils came on.
