BRASSO
"Cheers": Way back in 1974 Casper Troopers were "encouraged" with a fans cheer that went: "Do It For Custer". It's on one of the DCW CD's. In the 1960's Blessed Sacrament had a "Corps Cheer" that went: "Throw the Ball, Herman". They yelled it out on the starting line. The BSGK Alumni Corps uses it today. Elphaba WWW Yes..... also, I think it's just about impossible to hear any recording of the Boston Crusaders from the 1960's through today and not hear a shout out from the stands or along the track on the recording just before they start of.... " Eat'em up Boston ! " Edited January 5, 2011 by BRASSO

corpsband
Personally I wish DCI would mount these: strategically all over the stadium and every time someone opens their mouth to scream during a quiet part of a show they'd unload 20 rounds right in their pie hole That is all. Good God! Is that a Nerf gun? Oh, I hope my son doesn't see this. (Hilarious post)
fsubone
Good God! Is that a Nerf gun? Oh, I hope my son doesn't see this. (Hilarious post) Yes. Yes it is. My college roommate, myself, and a couple of our friends have a stash of Nerf guns, and he has this one. We have all-out Nerf wars in out apartments.

84BDsop
"Finish it!", '93 just before the dance section in Medea, a few min before the end of the show. The voice is very recognizable to anyone that knows him: Barry Hudson, who was on brass staff with Star since he aged out, had been soprano soloist in 87/88. This summer, in Lucas Oil, playing Medea with Star Alumni, we could hear a variety of people in the stands yelling "Finish it!" at exactly the same place in the music. Very cool! In Rochester this year, Star United mini-corps also played Medea. During the encore run, outside at the loading dock, "Finish it!". Imagine what it must've meant to the 93 alums!! I'd might be persuaded to be on board for this,... provided that every time a marcher on the field opens his/her mouth to narrate, sing, etc during what should be a quiet portion of their show, the fans likewise could use these on the marcher to " unload 20 rounds right in their pie hold " as well if they chose to... "That is all". Edited January 7, 2011 by BRASSO
